The Randalls Loyalty card has gone Digital! We are heading into our 200th year with a bang, and what better way to celebrate than by offering our loyal customers a new and exciting way to earn and redeem rewards (21st century style!)…
Our App has been created to reward you every time you eat or drink in one of our selected outlets. Gone are the days of fumbling through your purse or wallet to find your physical loyalty card.
With our new digital loyalty card, you can easily redeem and spend your points with a simple QR code scan. You’ll also be able to view your balance at any time, so you can keep track of those all important points!
HOW OUR LOYALTY WORKS
When you buy food or drink, simply present the QR code from the app when paying and we will credit your account with a minimum of 10 pence (10% equivalent) for every £1 you spend with us.
So for example, if your bill totals £20, you’ll earn an impressive £2 in return. You can then use this credit anytime in the future at any of our participating outlets to pay for part or all of your bill.
We also want to reward you for using our pubs and restaurants, so the more you spend throughout the year, the more you earn…up to an amazing 20%!

You will be evaluated over a 12 month period from when you sign up, so if over the 12 month period you spend the following:
MORE THAN £3500 Loyalty increases to 12% after the first anniversary of having your card
MORE THAN £5500 Loyalty increases to 15% after the first anniversary of having your card
MORE THAN £7500 Loyalty increases to 20% after the first anniversary of having your card

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR LOYALTY CARD
Our new loyalty app is HERE! We know you may have a few questions about how to transition from your old loyalty card to the app, but fear not! We’ve put together a quick and easy guide to show you just how simple it is to make the switch…
DOWNLOAD THE APP AND CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
Download the app and create a NEW account. DO NOT TRY to Sign in with your previous account details, these will not work. Please use the email linked to your loyalty card. To spend your points and transfer your existing points, tier level, and current spend, please use the existing email linked to your loyalty card. If you no longer have access to this email, please login to your existing loyalty account HERE and update your email – The email used for verification MUST match the one linked to your existing account.
CONNECT YOUR CURRENT LOYALTY CARD NUMBER
Make sure you include your loyalty card number (found on the back of your card) when signing up to your new account, and we’ll transfer your existing points over, subject to confirming your identity through DOB, email & mobile number. If your number has worn out on the back of your card, please login to your account HERE to view your loyalty account number.
VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
A verification email will be sent to you from the App, you MUST verify your email before we can transfer your points for security reasons.
OUR TEAM WILL VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS
Your points will not transfer automatically. Our team will verify your account within 3-5 working days and connect your existing account.
Your points will be transferred over and your tier updated. Don’t worry, you can still use the app in the meantime. If you are on 12%, 15% or 20% tier and use the app before your account is verified you will only received 10% back on your purchase.
